Choosing Life, Every Day
This is not just a website. This is a lifeline. A place where silence ends, truth begins, and healing is honored. If you’ve ever wrestled with thoughts you were too afraid to speak out loud—know this: you are not alone. The I HAVE CHALLENGE was born from a deeply personal fight with suicidal ideation and the desire to create space for honesty, connection, and hope. Here, we break the stigma around mental health through raw storytelling and real conversations. It’s about saying “I HAVE” not as a confession of weakness—but as a declaration of strength and survival. Whether you're hurting, healing, or holding on for just one more day—you're seen here. You’re valued. And you’re not walking this road by yourself. This is your invitation to be part of something that matters. To speak. To feel. To live. Together, we choose life.
This challenge was born from my own painful experience with suicidal ideation and the deep desire to create a world where no one has to suffer in silence. My mission is simple—but it comes from a very real place: to offer a space where people living with mental health struggles can find hope, connection, and understanding.
When you say “I HAVE,” you’re not just saying words—you’re speaking truth. You’re making a declaration of survival, of strength, of still being here. For me, this challenge is more than a campaign. It’s an invitation. An invitation to anyone who has ever faced the darkest moments to step forward—to know that even in the shadows, you are not alone.
I’ve lived through the shame, the silence, the isolation that so often comes with mental health struggles. And I’m here to tell you: it doesn’t have to stay that way. When you share your story, you don’t just heal yourself—you offer light to someone else who may still be in the dark.
Through the I HAVE Challenge, I’m working to create a culture rooted in honesty, hope, community, and empowerment. A space where truth isn’t feared—it’s honored. I believe every life matters, and through this platform, I want to remind you that even in your brokenness, you still matter.
So join me. Help spread the message of survival, of hope, of connection.
Let’s remind the world: even in the struggle, WE CHOOSE TO LIVE.

As someone who has battled suicidal ideation, survived suicide attempts, and carried the heavy weight of depression, I know how easy it is to feel completely alone. But the truth is: you’re not. I’ve been there — persistently overwhelmed by the darkness, by what I call the “dark cloud.”
Yet I also know the power of saying “I HAVE” — the power of choosing life, choosing hope, and choosing healing.
